Today,
we all worked on different tasks on the different panels,
cycling each panel, carefully through the finishing process.
|
Every
piece is puttied, on both sides of the window
|
|
|
Here,
Nathan works on completing the welding of the steel reinforcement
to the window
|
After
being bent to the compound curve required, the re-bar
is soldered to each joint in the window
|
|
|
This
window is masked off, so the rebar can be spray painted
black.
|
The
black rebar is visible in the reflected light, while the
window is still on the table
|
|
Here,
Nathan works on the painstaking final cleaning, with the
window in the vertical position, in transmitted light.
